The preparation method of the alloy titanium foil:
First, titanium powder and tin powder are added to the furnace to melt and stir at high speed. After 15-20 minutes of heat preservation, nano-titanium dioxide, indium powder and molybdenum powder are added. After 20-30 minutes of continuous melting, the resulting mixed molten liquid is poured into the measuring iron tank to cool naturally and make alloy titanium billet;
Then, the obtained alloy titanium billet was placed in the annealing furnace for vacuum annealing at 850-900℃.
Finally, titanium alloy billet is cold-rolled into titanium foil with thickness of 0.02-0.05mm by conventional method.
As a better embodiment of the invention, the raw material consists of 192 parts titanium powder, 13 parts tin powder, 8 parts nano titanium dioxide, 7 parts indium powder, and 9 parts molybdenum powder.
