Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo Introduction
Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo is a high aluminum-content martensite α + β two-phase thermal titanium alloy which based on the composition of Ti-6242 alloy. The alloy maintains the high temperature creep strength of Ti-6242 alloy and obviously improves tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature. The alloy has better comprehensive performance, it can be used for pressure machining, machining, etc. Its main semi-finished products are titanium rods, forgings and titanium sheets etc.

Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo Application
Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo alloy is used for aero-engine compressor disks, fan plates and blades and other important components in the medium temperature range. The alloy is also used for acid deep well surveying. Its creep performance is lower than that of Ti-6242, so it can be applied in components that require high strength under 400 ˚C.
