Cold rolling titanium foil process to meet the ultra-thin titanium foil processing. It is implemented in accordance with the following process: (1) blank material selection treatment: select hydrogen A1 blank polishing treatment; (2) Preliminary rolling: After the blank material is polished, the multi-roll foil mill is reversed and cross-rolled repeatedly to the thickness of 0.18mm-0.22mm; (3) Finished product rolling: re-rolling the initial rolled foil to 0.05mm-0.003mm thickness, degreasing and cleaning into rolls; (4) Wrapped annealing: In the natural relaxed state of titanium foil, the titanium foil is wrapped with metal zirconium foil that is good at hydrogen absorption and oxygen absorption, and the finished product is annealed in the vacuum furnace and dropped to room temperature. The prepared foil has good ductility, high specific strength and good tensile strength.
With the continuous progress of industrial fine-precision ultra-small electronic products, it shows the vacancy of domestic foil and the backwardness of international Chinese foil. Colored product foil waiting for the continuous efforts of small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry to catch up with and exceed the international level. In the foil industry, titanium foil, hafnium foil, zirconium foil, niobium foil, tantalum foil all need high quality rolling process.
Titanium foil is widely used in military sensors, aviation remote sensors, civil medical and other industries, especially in the application of the speaker industry, because of its low hydrogen iron content, hardness of Hv130 degrees, ductility of more than 35%, especially the titanium sound film made by ultra-thin titanium foil processing has become the first choice for high-quality speakers. The production process of pure titanium sheet and foil has been disclosed mainly adopts hot rolling temperature of 750 ~ 840℃, multi-roll cold rolling process and vacuum annealing at 600 ~ 750℃ to obtain a variety of finished titanium materials. Hot rolling, annealing, descaling, cold rolling, cleaning, vacuum annealing and other subsequent processing processes are feasible for preparing pure titanium sheet and foil. This process is only suitable for the general thickness of titanium foil production, and is not suitable for the processing of 0.1 mm or less foil.
