1, the annealing process, according to the different diameter and wall thickness of the annealing temperature is mastered in 800-1200 degrees, the holding time is between 5-15 minutes, the temperature difference in the effective temperature zone of annealing is not more than 10 degrees, the vacuum level of annealing should be more than 10-4, vacuum natural cooling;
2, drawing process requirements, the wall thickness of less than 0.1mm manufacturing process, a single extension rate is not more than 10%, cycle total extension accumulation is not more than 20%;
3, special drawing equipment, the use of non-vibration spiral hydraulic pipe stretching machine, reduce the problem of rupture during the drawing process.
The invention has the advantages that, after processing by the above-mentioned process, several key technologies can be broken through to manufacture ultra-thin-wall tantalum capillary tubes below 0.03mm.
