The production of high-grade titanium frames mostly use titanium and titanium alloy materials, but because of the complex process and high cost of the production of frames, the process is more complex than ordinary copper-nickel frames, such as argon protection must be added when welding, the melting point of the solder is as high as 900 ° C, which makes the welding part easy to oxidized, resulting in insufficient solder joint strength, titanium metal is difficult to throw bright surface like other metals. This also causes great difficulty to the surface coloring, only to solve the above process problems, in order to process a good quality frame.
It is characterized by the preparation process:
a. The explosive composite of titanium nickel bimetal is used, the condition is to select Φ10mm ~ Φ25mm×1.0mm ~ 2.0mm×280mm ~ 380mm nickel tube and Φ6mm ~ Φ19mm×300mm ~ 380mm titanium rod, pickling and cleaning the nickel tube and titanium rod, and the titanium rod is loaded into the nickel tube. The titanium rod is sealed and fixed in the nickel tube by means of sealing and base, and it is ambushed in dry fine sand, and the explosive pressure is generated by detonating the explosive between the titanium rod and the nickel tube, and the titanium nickel bimetal composite rod is obtained.
b. Cold cutting of titanium nickel bimetal composite bar billet in universal rolling mill;
c. Then pull processing, each processing rate is 5%-10%, the total processing rate is less than 70%;
d. Finally, the heat treatment is carried out under the vacuum condition of 10-2Pa, the annealing temperature is controlled at 300℃-650℃, and the heat preservation is 30 minutes to 120 minutes.
