The proportion of aluminum powder, heating agent (saltpetre, potassium perchlorate, potassium chlorate, etc.), lime in metallurgical grade niobium oxide, while adding a certain amount of alloying element powder, such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, vanadium, chromium and their corresponding oxides of one or several, while adding rare earth element powder, with mixing machine for full mixing; The rare earth elements are any one or several of yttrium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium and lutetium. The addition amount of the above rare earth elements is adjusted according to the weight of niobium oxide, usually 0.1-0.2% of the weight of niobium oxide, after a certain amount of niobium oxide, aluminum powder exceeds 1-10% of the stoichiometric value, the addition amount of heating agent and lime is 5-15% of the amount of niobium oxide, and other alloying elements can be added according to the stoichiometric value calculated by the theoretical value of the alloy.
