Titanium foil and titanium sound film prepared by the titanium foil

High purity titanium metal material has good plasticity, stamping and hardness can be used as a high-grade audio film. The titanium metal material used as the sound film must be processed into titanium foils with a thickness of less than 0.05mm. The titanium foil sound film has good rigidity and is not easy to deform. It can reduce the distortion degree of sound equipment and improve the discriminating power of sound details.

In the prior art, the titanium billet is first uncoiling by hot rolling, cold rolling by multi-roll mill, and then vacuum annealing at 600 ~ 750℃, and then hot rolling, annealing, descaling, cold rolling, cleaning, vacuum annealing, etc. The thickness of the obtained titanium material can not be reduced to less than 0.5mm, which is not suitable for the preparation of titanium foil for sound film.

Titanium foil preparation method By pre-rolling, titanium material with thickness of 3.8 ~ 4.2mm was cold rolled for several times, and the thickness of titanium material was reduced to 0.01 ~ 0.05mm titanium foil, and the elongation of titanium strip was increased to more than 36% by selecting thicker titanium material for cold rolling. The titanium foil has good ductility, and is easy to form when preparing loudspeaker sound film. It can also improve the high pitch performance of the loudspeaker and reduce the sound distortion rate.

The ductility of titanium foil is related to the thickness of titanium material used in direct rolling of titanium foil. The thinner the thickness of the titanium material directly used in rolling titanium foil, the higher the elongation of the final titanium foil. However, due to the hardness and rolling resistance of titanium metal itself, the thickness of the transition titanium material directly used in rolling titanium foil is difficult to be further reduced. In the prior art, although the thickness of the titanium billet is only 1mm, the process of rolling the titanium strip directly from 1mm to 0.4 ~ 0.6mm thick is adopted. However, because the titanium billet is not pre-rolled, when the titanium strip from 0.4 ~ 0.6mm is cold rolled to the transition titanium strip, the thickness of the transition titanium strip can only be reduced to 0.18 ~ 0.2mm, and the deformation is small. Even if the titanium is cold rolled repeatedly and annealed after each cold rolling, the thickness of the transition titanium strip cannot be reduced, and the ductility of the titanium material cannot be improved naturally. The thickness of titanium billet in the invention can be the thickness of common titanium billet such as 1mm or greater than 1mm. The thickness of the preferred titanium billet is 3.8 ~ 4.2mm.
