1. Die stamping and forming;
Advantages: small processing difficulty, high processing efficiency;
Disadvantages: platinum-sheet drawing is made by stamping the bottom of the die. As it is stressed locally, the wall thickness of the stressed part is thinner than that of other parts, and the overall thickness of the crucible is uneven, which ultimately affects the service life of the platinum crucible.
2. Spinning forming
Spinning molding process refers to the mechanical rotation, so that the plate stress point from the point to the line to the surface, at the same time in a certain direction to give a certain pressure to make the metal material along the direction of deformation and flow molding processing technology.
The spinning process overcomes the disadvantage that only local points bear the force in the die stamping, which makes the whole metal surface bear the force evenly, so the wall thickness of the finished products is even, the processing precision is high, and the service life is greatly improved compared with the traditional die stamping process.
At present, in the field of processing platinum products such as platinum crucible and platinum yellow crucible in China, most of the factories processing the bottom of crucible cup adopt the traditional process of grinding tool stamping, while the outer edge of crucible adopts the welding process, so the product quality cannot be greatly improved. However, platinum-crucible and platinum yellow crucible and other platinum products are processed by sheet spinning process. The sheet is formed in one time without welding on the outer edge, and the product quality is greatly improved compared with the traditional process.
