R60702 is widely used in chemical industry for its excellent corrosion resistance in acid, alkali and salt, and has become an important material for key parts of chemical equipment, especially in acetic acid industry. In order to study the performance of R60702, its microstructure needs to be observed to determine the tissue type and its uniformity, thus providing help for improving the performance of R60702. When observing the metallographic structure of R60702 with the observation method of existing technology, it is difficult to obtain clear microstructure due to the processing method and erosion of the metallographic observation plane, for example, it is difficult to polish the metallographic sample, and it is difficult to show the microstructure during corrosion. These problems may make it difficult to obtain a true and clear metallographic structure of R60702. This method can effectively solve the problem that it is difficult to obtain clear microstructure of the existing industrial pure zirconium R60702 metallographic samples, avoiding the defects of unclear microstructure and misjudgment caused by improper polishing and corrosion. This method first USES the erosion corrosion solution R60702 sample after chemical polishing metallographic observation plane, go up on the anodic oxidation film, the R60702 the metallographic observation plane of the sample surface to form a layer of oxide film, and then on the anodic oxidation film after R60702 samples of metallographic observation plane polarized light are used to observe the way for metallographic observation, metallographic observation on the surface of the oxide film by polarization method can accurately reflect the R60702 microstructure observation.
