With the development of aerospace technology, the performance requirements of aerospace materials are increasing. Among all kinds of superalloy materials, such as tantalum, niobium, molybdenum and tungsten, niobium series alloys have been playing an important role in aerospace materials because of their excellent high-temperature mechanical properties, machinability, low density and low cost.
The invention relates to a processing technology of niobium alloy bar material, which is characterized by the following process steps:
A. The niobium alloy ingot is heated for the first time in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, then the blank is extricated, pickling, heat treatment and fixed length saw material is then heated for the second time in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, and the finished blank is obtained after forging and drawing;
B. Turn the above finished billets into finished products, pickling the finished products and heat treatment of the finished products.
HNO3 =HF =H2O= 5:1:1 was used in the pickling process mentioned above, which was calculated by volume ratio. The heat treatment temperature in the process of A and B above is 1400 ~ 1500°C, and the heat preservation time is 60 ~ 120min. HNO3 =HF =H2O= 10:1:5 was used for pickling the finished product in the above B process, which was calculated by volume ratio.
