The technical solution includes batching, pressing, high temperature sintering and other steps, in which the weight percentage of W powder is 2.0% to 12%, the weight percentage of Y powder is 0.02% to 0.1%, and the content of Ta powder is surplus. After pressing and forming, the powder is held at (1350-1450)℃ for (12-18) hours. After cooling, it is kept at (2000-2100)℃ for (18-22) hours. The TaWY alloy strip prepared by the method of the invention has sufficient reaction and no bonding phenomenon occurs.
The alloy ingot obtained by electron beam melting of TaWY alloy strip is used as high temperature nozzle and tail rudder material in aerospace industry due to its good plasticity, high hardness and excellent high temperature resistance, and can be used to make emission cathode of electron beam melting furnace. The preparation process includes batching, pressing, high temperature sintering and other steps, but in the actual preparation, the phenomenon of sticking due to the expansion of the strip during high temperature sintering occurs, the reason is that the TaWY alloy strip will have a certain degree of volume expansion in the sintering process, so that the alloy strip is in close contact with each other. The melting point of Y is 1522℃. When the temperature exceeds its melting point in the sintering process, Y will melt and produce liquid phase. At this time, the surface of the two alloy strips in close contact will be integrated, resulting in that they cannot be separated completely after cooling.
Specific mode of implementation
Example 1:2.0wt % W powder, 0.02wt % Y powder and residual Ta powder were mixed evenly and pressed into shape. After holding at 1350℃ for 18 hours, cooling and discharging, the TaWY alloy strip was sintered at 2000℃ for 18 hours after furnace loading.
Embodiment 2:3.0wt % W powder, 0.06wt % Y powder and residual Ta powder were mixed evenly and pressed into shape. After holding at 1450℃ for 12 hours, cooling and discharging, the TaWY alloy strip was sintered at 2100℃ for 20 hours after loading.
Example 3:8.8wt % W powder, 0.1wt % Y powder and residual Ta powder were mixed evenly and pressed into shape. After holding at 1400℃ for 15 hours, cooling and discharging, TaWY alloy strips were sintered at 2050℃ for 20 hours after loading.
Example 4:12wt % W powder, 0.02wt % Y powder and residual Ta powder were mixed evenly and pressed into shape. After holding at 1450℃ for 18 hours, cooling and discharging, the TaWY alloy strip was sintered at 2100℃ for 22 hours after loading.
