The restoration and reuse method of the columnar handle on tantalum ring includes the following steps: 1) Separate the knob on tantalum ring and the knob welded with tantalum ring from the tantalum ring to obtain the semi-finished product so that the first preset processing allowance is formed between the bottom diameter of semi-finished knob and the bottom diameter of finished knob; 2) Remove the attachments on semi-finished knob; 3) Turn the bottom of the semi-finished knob into a preset thickness and a preset diameter with the second preset machining allowance to form rough machining; 4) Pickling the roughed surface to remove residual substances and obtain finished products. The repair and reuse method of the invention separates the tantalum ring through processing, extracts the accessories for repair treatment, realizes the repair and reuse, and thus reduces the production cost of the semiconductor.
A method for repairing and reusing columnar handles on tantalum rings includes the following steps:
1) Separate the columnar handle on the tantalum ring and the part welded between the columnar handle and the tantalum ring from the tantalum ring to obtain the semi-finished columnar handle so that the first preset machining allowance is formed between the bottom diameter of the semi-finished columnar handle and the bottom diameter of the finished columnar handle;
2) the semi-finished product column to remove the attachment on the watch surface;
3) Turning the bottom of the semi-finished columnar handle into a preset thickness and a preset diameter with a second preset machining allowance to form a roughed columnar handle;
4) Pickling the surface of the roughed columnar handle to remove residual substances and obtain the finished columnar handle.
Preferably, in the above repair and reuse method, step 1) specifically uses wire cutting equipment to cut the semi-finished columnar handle from the tantalum ring to realize the separation of the semi-finished columnar handle from the tantalum ring.
Preferably, before fixing the tantalum ring on the wire-cutting equipment in step 1 of the above repair and reuse method, the circular arc-shaped locating plate matching the positioning of the semi-finished columnar handle is used to locate the semi-finished columnar handle.
